We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering The Opportunity This Associate Director role is accountable for technical direction, engineering quality and end-to-end delivery of automation and data-platform capabilities across the technology lifecycle. You’ll shape the design, development, release, operational support and continuous improvement of services within the GCP Payments Data Platform. The role combines hands-on technical oversight with delivery governance, engineering standards, stakeholder management, risk control and team capability development. You’ll set direction for scalable, secure and observable solutions that stay aligned to business priorities, architecture principles and regulatory expectations.
