Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Description Summary As a Lead manufacturing process engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining product process and product quality. Also responsible for change management process of product and process. Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Process Design, Setting of process and establishment of Products in manufacturing & Validation.

• Lead Change management process of Products and processes.

• Provide inputs and review Preparation of Work instructions (SOP) & Device history records. Ensure DMR maintained up to date.

• Drive & maintain PFMEA/DMR/Process Maps/Quality plans Training the team. Provide inputs for developing robust process in the industry.
