Lead –Procurement

Role Summary: The Project Lead - Capital Projects will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic Greenfield and Brownfield capital expansion projects across Aliaxis India. The role will provide end-to-end leadership for project planning, engineering, execution, commissioning, and handover, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives. The incumbent will lead the Hyderabad Greenfield Project (Phase 1 & Phase 2) and oversee Brownfield expansion initiatives across manufacturing locations in India, playing a critical role in supporting the organization's capacity creation and growth agenda.

Roles and Responsibility

• Supplier Evaluation & Onboarding

• Support identification, evaluation, and onboarding of trading suppliers and contract manufacturers.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Technical, Finance) during supplier assessment and approval.

• Maintain updated supplier master data and documentation.

• Commercial & PO Management

• Support RFQs, price evaluation, and commercial negotiations under guidance of procurement leads.

• Release purchase orders in line with approved commercials, timelines, and internal processes.

• Ensure timely PO acknowledgement and confirmation from suppliers.
