JOB DESCRIPTION – Robotics Lead Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Lead with 8+ years of experience in designing, innovating, and implementing robotics solutions in large-scale construction, energy and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will lead the development of cutting-edge robotics automation technologies, particularly requiring advanced perception, kinematics and human robot interaction capabilities. This role will involve overseeing the integration of robotics into our workflows, ensuring that our projects remain at the forefront of technological advancements. Work Location : Chennai, India Key Responsibilities:

• Innovation and Strategy : Identify and implement robotics solutions that enhance

operational efficiency, safety, and quality across L&T's construction and industrial projects. Innovate new technologies for automation and ensure their application aligns with company objectives.

• Robotics System Design & Development : Lead the design, development, and integration

of robotic systems in construction, airports, factories, pipelines, and electrification projects. Identify areas where automation can be implemented to reduce manual labor and optimize project timelines.
