Job Overview Caterpillar Digital is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive the design and delivery of our Content Supply Chain (CSC) platform. This role will enable scalable, efficient, and governed content operations across global digital channels and support the end-to-end content lifecycle across AEM, DAM, Workfront, and PIM ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise content platforms (AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Workfront integrations)
• Build scalable solutions supporting content authoring, digital asset management, and publishing workflows
• Define technical architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies
• Develop and optimize workflow-driven content pipelines (creation → approval → publishing → distribution)
• Lead integrations across AEM, PIM, Workfront, and downstream systems (eCommerce, search, analytics)
