Job Overview Caterpillar Digital is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform This role will lead the design, development, and integration of DAM solutions to enable efficient asset management, metadata governance, and workflow automation, supporting enterprise-scale content operations across global digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AEM Assets (DAM) solutions, including asset workflows, metadata, and integrations
• Build scalable solutions for:
• Asset ingestion, processing, and distribution
• Metadata and taxonomy-driven asset management
• Content reuse and lifecycle management

• Define and implement DAM architecture, standards, and best practices
• Develop and optimize workflow-driven asset pipelines (upload → enrichment → approval → publishing)
• Lead integrations across:
• AEM Sites (content consumption)
