Lead - Supplier Quality

Job Purpose : To ensure the supplier partners supply as per ALFD required quality standards ensuring the Right quality and establish the process and ensuring corrective action taken for issue with proper root cause analysis Main Accountability : 1. Supplier selelction : Evaluate and appprove potential suppliers basd on quality perofmance

2. Creating quality standards across vendors

3. Audit and assement the to esnure to complainece the quality standards

4. Quality Issue resolution address the resolve the qualitry perofmance

5. Contionuos imporvment collabrate with supplier to implement quality imporvment

6. Traning and devlopemnt and guidence to suppliers

7. Risk management identify and mtigate the supplier quality releated issue

8. Commuinciation and reporting keep stkeholedres infirmed about monthly perofnace and performance issue with action plan Vendor Management

9. Monthly / Quarterly meeting with suppliers. Ensure timely communication and transparency in information sharing.

10.Identify new suppliers and refer to sourcing. Capability building for existing vendors; Capacity, Product, Quality, AL standards.

11. problem solving on critical issue through JDI/BPS approach

12. New part criticality and SNP approval process follow up

13. Overall supplier improvement review
