About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with 15 plus years of Talent Acquisition experience to drive hiring across critical engineering, technology, manufacturing, and corporate functions. Someone who combines strong stakeholder management with the ability to personally source, assess, engage, and close candidates across levels and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units across Engineering, Software, Embedded, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Product, and Corporate functions.
- Partner with business leaders, functional heads, hiring managers and HRBPs to understand requirements and deliver hiring plans.
- Personally drive sourcing and closure of positions for assigned business units.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across specialised engineering and technology domains.
