About the team Trust Review Operations helps keep LinkedIn safe, trusted and professional. We review ads, jobs, accounts and content against LinkedIn's policies, work through escalations, and pass what we learn back to the Product, Policy, Engineering and Data Science teams that build our defenses. This role is based in Bangalore At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. About the role As a Lead Trust Operations Analyst, you'll be leading as an IC for our Ads/Jobs review operations on the weekend shift. You'll handle complex cases, resolve escalations, work on process optimization, partner with stakeholders and often be the most seasoned person on shift when something unexpected happens. You'll also build deep expertise in member account reviews. Over time, we expect this role to evolve into an expert across other Trust review lines of business and become a go-to resource for the wider team. Responsibilities
