Job Title / Position: Lead - Windchill Functional SME (Meritor/CDBS) Experience: 6 - 8 years Location: Bengaluru / Pune / Noida
Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Offshore Windchill Functional SME with strong knowledge of Meritor business processes and CDBS applications to support functional requirement generation, solution design, user adoption, and Train-the-Trainer activities during Windchill implementation and transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical implementation teams to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable Windchill solutions while driving organizational readiness and knowledge transfer.
