Learning Program Manager

Summary: This role supports the operational delivery and governance of learning and reskilling journeys across Hong Kong and other AME markets. As learning pathways and workforce development programs continue to expand, there is a need for a dedicated Program Operations & Journey Operations Specialist to manage program tracking, reporting, governance activities and learner journey coordination. The role will be responsible for ensuring participants progress successfully through learning journeys, maintaining operational oversight across multiple programs, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing timely reporting and insights to stakeholders. Working closely with learning leaders, program teams and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will help ensure programs are delivered efficiently and achieve intended outcomes. Reporting to: Senior Learning Leader or Program Sponsor within the Learning Function. Contract Details:

• Timely and accurate program reporting.
