- Product Include Tractor New , Refinance & BW
- Coach & Lead a team of Relationship Managers to achieve Business Targets ( Volume, Nos, Cross Sale)
- Manage , Develop, Enhancing of Channel partners. DSA, Brokers, RFA
- Responsible for Team Targets and Business volume
- Ensuring customer Service
- Effective management with other Departments (e.g Credit, Operation, RCU , Legal, Collection etc) to drive business.
- Responsible for cross sale.
- Administer and ensure compliance to all business practice
- Professionals with minimum 5 years of team handling experience.
