Job description
Job Designation: Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and day-to-day functioning of HVAC and other mechanical/utility systems at the campus. The position will ensure efficient, safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation of critical infrastructure, with a key focus on chiller plants, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, BMS-integrated HVAC systems, and related equipment. The role will also support maintenance activities related to newly handed-over facilities, snagging, Defect Liability Period (DLP) coordination, vendor/OEM management, and stabilization of new phases and floors. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems across the campus.
- Monitor the operation and performance of chillers, cooling towers, chemical dosing systems, AHUs, condenser pumps, primary pumps, secondary pumps, and other HVAC equipment.
