Job description
- Evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities
- Preparation of complex financial models for the acquisition of real estate investments
- Perform detailed market analysis to determine investment strategy and business plan.
- Preparation of investment summaries to provide investment team and external partners actionable information on investment opportunities.
- Assist and lead in due diligence activities for new acquisitions
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting materials for a portfolio of owned assets
- Participate in the asset manementf of a portfolio of owned assets
- Overall support of the principals in the implementation of our investment strategies and evaluation of potential investments.
