Job Description – Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Designation: Sales Executive Location: Signature Club Resort Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales Job Purpose To drive revenue by generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, promoting the resort’s facilities and services, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities AreaResponsibilities Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new corporate, leisure, MICE and group business opportunities. Client AcquisitionGenerate leads through calls, emails, references, networking and market visits. Client RelationshipMaintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Sales Calls & VisitsConduct regular client meetings, sales calls and market visits to promote the resort. Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management. Resort PromotionPromote rooms, banquets, restaurants, events, memberships and other resort facilities. Corporate SalesDevelop relationships with corporates, travel agencies, event companies and other potential business partners. MICE & EventsGenerate leads for conferences, meetings, weddings, social events and group bookings. Enquiries & Follow-upRespond to enquiries promptly and ensure regular follow-up until conversion. Sales CoordinationCoordinate with Front Office, F&B, Banquets and other departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business. Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and business opportunities. ReportingMaintain daily sales calls, lead pipeline, client database and submit regular sales reports. CollectionsCoordinate with clients and internal teams for timely payment and outstanding follow-up, where required. Guest/Client FeedbackCollect client feedback and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution of concerns. Candidate Profile
