- Roles and Responsibilities
As a Lead CloudOps Engineer within our Tax capability, you will lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for cloud operations, cloud infrastructure and services, and code deployment for our Tax cloud applications and products. You will be accountable for both the team’s delivery and people management, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, career development, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture. You will guide technical decision-making, set engineering best practices, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality cloud infrastructure solutions. You will also play a key role in developing technical capabilities within the team, supporting junior engineers and future leaders through continuous learning and mentorship.
