What We're Looking For: Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team focused on architecting, optimizing, and deploying computer vision (CV) and edge AI algorithms for Zebra’s AI offerings and AI Data Capture ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge cutting-edge deep learning research with robust embedded/edge software engineering, delivering production-grade AI capabilities directly onto frontline enterprise hardware and edge platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Core Platform Engineering, Research teams and Solution Architects to drive technical roadmaps, benchmark on-device model efficiency, and empower frontline workers with intelligent automation. You shall also be responsible for mentoring the team for their growth and development.
