Cost centre, Production unit and plant wise capacity utilisation Evaluation of off loading / In loading proposals Reduction in fixed cost / Improvement in productivity/ Analysis of rework cost Inventory Management:
Category wise inventory levels, Inventory turn over ratios etc. Non moving inventory of Finished goods, Direct Material and Indirect material Obsolete inventory and its impact on P&L Inventory carrying cost Part wise contribution analysis for spares - price increase working
