WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Product Engineering team in Bengaluru to lead delivery across mature, revenue-generating software products. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will manage teams balancing critical sustenance engineering—maintaining platform stability, security, observability, stack upgrades, and incident response—with steady-state new feature development. This role serves as the central engineering anchor and primary cross-functional liaison with Customer Operations, Customer Success, Technical Support Engineering, SecOps, and Infrastructure.
