We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master (7+ years) with strong expertise in Agile delivery, servant leadership, and coaching high-performing technology teams in fast-paced enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, improving flow and predictability, removing impediments, and partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineering leaders, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role supporting one of our Fortune 500 client programs, where you will help teams build and deliver critical digital/data products by applying Agile best practices, strengthening team execution, and enabling continuous improvement across delivery, quality, and collaboration.
