Manager

Manager / LAM – PMO will drive program governance, operational alignment, and strategic execution across Payment Integrity and Payment Services functions. The role acts as a central coordination hub between operations, clients, and support teams, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business goals, compliance standards, and performance expectations. This role combines program management, operations oversight, analytics, and stakeholder management to deliver high-impact outcomes in a regulated US healthcare environment

1.PMO Governance & Program Management

• Establish and enforce PMO frameworks, governance models, and operational standards

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of programs/projects: planning, execution, tracking, and closure

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, SLA commitments, and delivery metrics

• Maintain program documentation, playbooks, SOPs, and reporting dashboards

• Drive portfolio visibility and track program performance across stakeholders
