Job Requirements Function FP&A (Jewellery Function, International Business) Reporting To Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis Place of Posting Bangalore (Corporate Office) Objectives The role will enable effective decision-making for the Jewellery (International Business Division) through insightful financial analysis, disciplined inventory and margin management, and strong performance governance. The selected candidate will be expected to independently drive key FP&A initiatives, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact. Major Deliverables Month-end Financial Reporting & Balance Sheet Governance
- Own the month-end reporting cycle, including preparation of MIS, variance analysis, and management commentary.
- Conduct comprehensive balance sheet reviews to assess financial accuracy, identify risks, and ensure adherence to accounting and control requirements.
- Enhance recurring FP&A reports and dashboards to improve the clarity, timeliness and actionability of management information.
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, automation, and governance to enhance efficiency and quality of financial information.
