Position Summary

The Graphic Design & Video Producer is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for creating high-quality multimedia assets, including graphic design, presentations, collateral, infographics, digital assets, motion graphics and video content, to support HCA Healthcare - India's marketing, communications and brand activation efforts. This role partners closely with marketing, communications, HR, leadership and U.S. Marketing / Creative Services stakeholders to translate ideas, business requirements and communication briefs into compelling visual narratives aligned with HCA Healthcare brand standards and lexicon guidelines. The individual will own or support end-to-end creation of creative assets across internal and external communications, including digital platforms, social media, campaigns, events, environmental branding and executive-level presentations. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise in design and video production, professionalism, ownership, sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
