Role Purpose

The role will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives, ensuring the organisation attracts the right talent, develops internal talent, builds a strong leadership pipeline, and supports long-term business growth.

The incumbent should have strong exposure to recruitment along with hands-on experience in talent management practices in a large, professionally managed organisation, preferably from the NBFC/BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across different functions and levels.

• Partner with Business Heads and HRBPs to understand manpower

requirements and hiring priorities.

• Develop appropriate sourcing strategies through job portals,

consultants, employee referrals, direct sourcing, social media and other channels.

• Manage hiring for middle and senior-level positions,

including niche/specialised roles.
