Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Technology & Application Management
- Own and manage the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including HRMS, Talent, Recruitment, Payroll, Travel, Expense, Learning and other HR applications.
- Manage applications such as Oracle HCM, PeopleStrong, Happay, Quest2Travel, Disperz and other connected business applications.
- Act as the primary technology SPOC between HR, IT, Business Application teams, vendors and implementation partners.
- Drive application enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, releases and new technology implementations.
- Ensure application availability, performance, security and seamless user experience.
- Manage application incidents, defects, change requests and escalations through defined SLAs.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate and optimize the HR application landscape.
