Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manager Information Technology (SAP Security, SAP BTP, Archiving) to join our Design Eng Processes team - CAT IT Division. The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore – Caterpillar PSN This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule. The Information Technology Manager is accountable for first-line support and the overall customer experience for the ERP Application Security team within Caterpillar IT. This role owns support service performance, strategic vendor management, and leadership of a global ERP Security organization supporting a diverse portfolio of FSA, non-FSA, and legacy ERP applications. This critical leadership position ensures end users have 24x7 access to a responsive, technology-forward support organization that delivers timely resolution while maintaining Caterpillar's commitments to security, risk management, and internal controls. In addition, this role will lead the establishment and maturation of enterprise support capabilities for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Archiving solutions, expanding the organization's technical expertise and long-term support model.
