Our products help people make powerful connections, discover exciting opportunities, build necessary skills, and gain valuable insights every day. We're also committed to providing transformational opportunities for our own employees by investing in their growth. We aspire to create a culture that's built on trust, care, inclusion, and fun – where everyone can succeed. Join us to transform the way the world works.
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role is based in Bangalore. The Knowledge Management Solutions (KMS) team at LinkedIn is responsible for creating and delivering self-service content for LinkedIn’s members, customers and employees. The team creates instructional, procedural, and technical content using both traditional and AI-powered methods. This content is made available externally through LinkedIn's help centers, virtual chat assistants, and in-product experiences (including those powered by AI/GAI). Employees also use this content internally through enterprise search systems and CRMs. We are seeking a talented and passionate Manager, Knowledge Management Solutions to join the team responsible for the content strategy and authoring of these self-service resources. This people leader role sits at the center of talent development, team strategy, and execution towards LinkedIn’s self-service strategy. The scope of this role includes interaction with teams in different functions and regions, requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of global customers and business partners. As a Manager, Knowledge Management Solutions you will directly manage a team of Content Strategists. You will supervise the efforts of the team to develop content strategies that support multiple lines of business, including ensuring high-quality and high-performing content and driving business partner relationships within your team’s focus areas. Talent is our top priority, and you will be responsible for enabling and coaching your team to drive business results, adapt to change, and innovate. You will work across the team and other functions to ensure long-term scalability and ROI of LinkedIn’s content ecosystem as we transition to AEM Guides and expand AI-driven content creation and self-service experiences.
