Primary position Objectives Provide strategic legal and regulatory compliance advice to business units and oversee compliance risk, corporate compliance, governance, and compliance management frameworks. Drive risk assessments, strengthen contractual safeguards, and implement standardized policies, procedures, and digital compliance mechanisms to ensure adherence to applicable requirements and mitigate legal and operational risks.

Key responsibilitiesA. Compliance Risk Assessment & Monitoring

• Lead compliance risk assessments and monitoring across business operations to evaluate adherence to applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.

• Identify material compliance gaps and emerging risks, advise stakeholders on mitigation priorities, and oversee timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.

• Provide management with clear compliance insights and risk-based reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
