Manager of Process Excellence

Woundtech is hiring a Manager of Process Excellence who will lead process improvement, operational optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives across Operations and Quality.

This role will be responsible for understanding end-to-end operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, redesigning workflows, establishing scalable processes, and partnering with Technology, Data, Automation, and AI teams to implement solutions that improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, scalability, cost, and overall operational effectiveness.

The individual will serve as a key liaison between Operations, Quality, Technology, and AI/Automation teams, translating business and operational challenges into clearly defined requirements, improvement opportunities, and transformation initiatives. This role will help establish a roadmap for progressively making key operational processes more efficient, standardized, automated, data-driven, and AI-enabled.
