Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end procurement of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) materials, equipment and subcontract packages, ensuring the right quality, cost and delivery for project timelines while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance with company procurement policy. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate and empanel vendors and contractors for MEP packages (HVAC, electrical, Utilities, Boilers, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV/BMS, lifts, DG sets, pumps, etc.).
• Maintain an updated vendor database with performance ratings, pricing history and compliance documents.
• Conduct vendor audits and factory visits where required.

Tendering and Negotiation

• Float RFQs/tenders, and prepare comparative statements and technical-commercial evaluations with the engineering/design team.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings against budget.
