Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. To diagnose and resolve electrical failures/ defects of vehicle using quality tools 2. To check and verify electrical check out systems of vehicle 3. Calibrate vehicle acceptance standard by obtaining inputs from ANOVA-C,RFI and Customer 4. Carry out process & product audits as per department's plan and closure of NCs 5. Optimising car clearance process to reduce lead time 6. On time booking of rejections, record maintaining and coordinating for closure of critical issues 7. Maintaining departmental documents for Quality System Audits 8. Co-ordinating with other departments for resolving vehicle electrical issues and enhancing final product quality
