Job Description

• To supervise the assigned sales team and assist in achieving overall top line both volume and value.

4.1 Guiding the team in achieving the budget. 4.2 To ensure effective coverage of the area / client and map it to footfalls. 4.3 To facilitate team to attain self-sufficiency in product detailing and hospital process for effective promotion of the hospital. 4.4 To maintain good rapport with the internal medical fraternity. 4.5 To ensure track of the competition and suggest strategies for effective existence and development of the organization. 4.6 To develop marketing strategies and ensure its effective implementation. 4.7 To prepare MIS as necessitated by the management and assist superiors in developing growth plans. 4.8 To develop plan, policies and procedures for promotional activities. 4.9 Guiding intra and inter departmental meetings for regular review of services and for improvement. 4.9 Identifying and securing strategic locations for health promotion events / services to develop and maintain relationship with potential customers. 4.10 Assisting in identifying and developing education materials which meet team member needs. 4.11 Participating in internal and external committees as assigned by the Management. 4.12 To maintain absolute integrity with the organization and its members. 4.13 To use and maintain all office equipments appropriately, especially those issued exclusively to him. 4.14 To maintain pleasant disposition at all times and be willing to attend to need of clients of the hospital beyond the duty hours. 4.15 To organise himself and his office for effective response. 4.16 Physician Loyalty:
