Manufacturing Manager - Production Supervision The Manufacturing Manager – Production Supervision in Drilling Services is responsible for managing day to day plant operations, ensuring safe and compliant execution, and delivering solid outcomes against on time supply, quality, delivery, cost, and financial targets. The role requires strong manufacturing leadership, a digital mindset, proactive problem solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and cost optimization projects that support plant and business objectives.
Role Overview This Manufacturing Manager oversees HSE, engineering, quality, production supervision, resource planning, materials planning, sourcing/procurement direct materials, operational execution, staff development, and cross functional alignment. The position is accountable for achieving plant KPIs, delivering the financial plan, improving productivity, and building a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
