The Manufacturing Professional – Manufacturing Engineering Specialist in Drilling Services develops, deploys, and improves manufacturing technologies, systems, tooling, and processes for Drilling Services. The role combines manufacturing engineering, technical troubleshooting, digital solutions, and project execution to improve safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, reliability, and product cost.
Role Overview This role provides manufacturing engineering support to Drilling Services manufacturing, working with production and cross functional development teams in Production supervision, product performance engineering, quality and other functions. The manufacturing Engineer leads process improvements and new product introduction activities, deploys digital and automation solutions, resolves manufacturing and drilling services Assets issues, and ensures workshop equipment and technical requirements remain ready, controlled, and compliant.
