Manufacturing Professional - Production Supervision
The Drilling Services Manufacturing Supervisor supports and coordinates daily manufacturing operations to ensure work is completed safely, reliably, and consistently. The role supervises production execution, monitors operational performance, resolves shop floor constraints, and contributes to improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
Role Overview This role provides frontline operational supervision across production, wiring, assembly, testing, and manufacturing activities. It translates the manufacturing plan into daily priorities, coordinates people, materials, equipment, and workflow, and maintains disciplined execution against HSE, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity requirements. The position works closely with cross functional teams to sustain production line reliability and implement continuous improvements.
