Manage and oversee marine operations associated with offshore projects and vessel activities. Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company-owned and chartered vessels. Supervise marine activities including: Vessel Mobilization & Demobilization Offshore Transportation Heavy Lift Operations Towage Operations Anchor Handling Activities Offshore Installation Support Marine Logistics Coordination Personnel Transfer Operations Ensure compliance with: International Maritime Regulations Class Requirements Flag State Requirements Client Marine Standards Company Marine Procedures Review and approve marine operational plans, procedures, and risk assessments. Conduct vessel suitability assessments and marine audits. Monitor vessel performance, utilization, fuel consumption, and operational efficiency. Coordinate marine spread planning and vessel deployment activities. Ensure vessel certification and statutory compliance are maintained. Participate in marine assurance reviews and vessel inspections. Evaluate weather forecasts and marine conditions before offshore operations. Lead marine risk assessments and marine safety reviews. Ensure implementation of marine emergency preparedness and response plans. Monitor marine contractor performance and compliance. Support offshore installation campaigns from a marine execution perspective. Investigate marine incidents, near misses, and operational deviations. Provide marine technical support during project planning and execution stages. Manage vessel reporting systems and marine operational documentation.
