What you'll do: Marketing Automation Associate in the Enterprise will…
Own email marketing campaigns end to end in Marketo — briefing, program and asset build, list segmentation, QA, deployment, and post-send analysis.
Build and manage multi-touch nurture campaigns, including engagement programs, streams, content cadence, and exit criteria.
Design, execute, and troubleshoot smart campaigns, triggers, flows, and automated workflows in Marketo.
Run A/B tests automated marketing initiatives and maintain lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads.
Build and maintain campaign and program reporting — email performance, nurture engagement, and funnel metrics — and share data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative) to align marketing strategies.
Work end to end within the CRM (primarily Microsoft Dynamics) day-to-day administration of leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, and activity records.
Manage the lead and contact lifecycle in CRM — creation, assignment, routing, status updates, and hand-off to sales.
Upload and import leads and contacts into CRM from events, webinars, and third-party sources, ensuring correct formatting, de-duplication, and consent/opt-in compliance.
Create and maintain CRM reports, views, and dashboards covering lead flow, campaign attribution, and pipeline contribution for marketing and sales stakeholders.
Support CRM integration work — field mapping, custom fields, sync rules, and data flow between Marketo, CRM, and other connected marketing systems.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
3–4 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, managing email marketing campaigns end to end.
Complete working knowledge of nurture campaigns — engagement programs, streams, cadence, and lifecycle stages.
Proven experience building and executing smart campaigns, triggers, and automated flows.
Experience creating campaign and program reports in Marketo and presenting performance insights to stakeholders.
End-to-end working knowledge of CRM processes in Microsoft Dynamics (or an equivalent CRM/marketing database) leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, and activity tracking.
Experience uploading and importing lead and contact data at scale, with strong attention to de-duplication, data hygiene, and record accuracy.
Ability to build CRM reports, views, and dashboards independently and explain the numbers to marketing and sales stakeholders.
