Job Purpose Manage and grow the assigned National Accounts portfolio by strengthening relationships, cross-selling, and acquiring new accounts. Increase product holding ratio and profitability of National Accounts portfolio merchants.
Key Responsibilities
Actionable (4-6) Portfolio Management; Manage existing National Accounts and acquire new ones; Route major business share to HDFC Bank and penetrate all merchant branches/divisions; Sign up merchants to grow the portfolio; Product Launches; Launch Bank initiatives such as DCC, EMI, Smartbuy, and Digipos within the assigned portfolio; Team Management; Hire, train, and manage the FOS team; Conduct joint calls with FOS to merchant counters and ensure team productivity; Cross-Selling; Cross-sell banking products like Savings Accounts, Credit Cards, and Asset products to merchants in the portfolio; Relationship Management; Build and manage relationships with internal and external channels; Collaborate with Corporate Banking ECG & FIG teams for client sourcing and servicing.
