The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) officer will support the design, implementation, and continuous strengthening of the project's Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system. The incumbent will ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and utilization to support evidence-based decision-making, adaptive programme management, accountability, and documentation of project outcomes. The MEL Lead will work closely with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), project staff, healthcare facilities, laboratories, and other stakeholders to strengthen surveillance systems, monitor programme performance, and generate operational evidence to support sustainable malaria elimination.
