National Collections Manager - Unsecured

Position- National Collection Manager – Unsecured Loans (Clix Capital)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Pan-India collections performance across all

delinquency buckets (X, 30+, 60+, 90+, NPA).

• Formulate and execute collection, recovery, settlement,

and legal strategies for unsecured loan portfolios.

• Manage Regional Managers, Collection Managers, and

Field Collection teams.

• Monitor key collection metrics such as Resolution Rate,

Roll Rate, Collection Efficiency, and GNPA.

• Oversee settlement approvals, legal recoveries, skip

tracing, and high-value delinquent accounts.

• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Fair Practices

Code, and internal collection policies.

• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Operations, Legal, and

Technology teams to improve portfolio performance.

• Develop collection strategies to maximize collections

while maintaining customer experience and compliance.

• Good experience of managing collection agencies.

Eligibility

• Graduate (MBA preferred).

• 10-15 years of collections experience with at least 5

years managing unsecured loan collections at a regional or national level.

• Strong exposure to NBFC/Banking/FinTech collections.
