What you can look forward to as NPI Project Manager (m/f/d):
- Manage full NPI-projects: develop, validate and start production of new wind gearboxes/drivetrains
- Lead a dedicated project team to deliver the NPI on time, cost and quality targets
- Report to the leadership team of ZF Wind Power on project progress, risk and drive decisions
- Be the face to our customers for the project and proactively ensure delivery according to specifications and expectations
