1.Responsible to follow GLP practices in QC Bio laboratory of Hetero Plasma Sciences Private Limited, Kothur. 2.Monitor area cleaning, glass ware cleaning, work bench cleaning & equipment cleaning in QC Bio laboratory. 3.Prepare URS & techno commercial comparisons for instruments in QC Bio laboratory as per requirement. Submit them for review. 4.Prepare SOPs for instruments being used in chemical (Bio-chemical + Immuno chemical + Physico chemical) based testing of QC Bio laboratory. Submit them for review. 5.Coordinate calibrations for Equipments being used in product testing laboratory. 6.Responsible for testing of products in product testing laboratory at Hetero Plasma Sciences Private Limited, Kothur plant and ensure the quality of product as per specified standards and updated regulatory compliance. 7.Involve in analytical technology transfer and perform method verification experiments in product testing laboratory. 8.Oversee proper execution of log books, reagent consumption records & chemical inward registers in product testing laboratory. 9.Maintain stocks of chemicals, reagents & solvent stocks in central chemical lab in coordination with product testing laboratory. 10.Outsource samples to service provider for external testing based on the requirement. 11.Train new analysts on test methods pertaining to product testing laboratory.
