Job Description (JD) –Paint Shop-UML AW4W Bawal
Position: Officer-L-B2 (Shift Incharge)- Alloy Wheel Paint Shop
Required Qualifications: Diploma / B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Alloy Wheel Paint Shop, Automotive Paint Shop, or Powder Coating Operations.
Preferred Industry Experience: Alloy Wheel Manufacturing, Automotive Components, Wheel Paint Shop, Automobile Manufacturing, Powder Coating Industry
Key Responsibilities Production Operations
- Execute daily production plans as per customer requirements.
- Monitor paint shop processes including:
- Wheel loading/unloading
- Surface preparation
- Pre-treatment
- Powder coating
- Liquid painting
- Curing oven operation
- Inspection and packing
- Achieve production targets while minimizing downtime.
