• PCS is seeking a Manager to lead Bankruptcy, Offensive Litigation, and Debt Settlement Company (DSC) Servicing team(s) who may be responsible for coding of new bankruptcy notifications and updates, filing bankruptcy proof of claims, qualifying accounts for offensive litigation actions and partnering with Law Firms to ensure accuracy of legal documents, and researching legal matters, as well as any additional activities that may occur through the lifecycle of bankruptcy, litigation actions and resolving accounts with DSC’s. Incumbent leads the day-to-day
• Operations and ensure team members facilitate processes, etc., to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.

The ideal candidate will understand Collections & Recovery, and/or Bankruptcy Operations.
