Tasks & Responsibilities

• Operate induction brazing machines and perform brazing activities as per production requirements.
• Set and adjust process parameters such as power, frequency, heating time, and temperature to achieve optimal brazing results.
• Select and use suitable brazing filler metals and fluxes based on component and process requirements.
• Position components and induction coils correctly to ensure accurate heating and consistent joint quality.
• Monitor brazing cycles and ensure proper filler metal flow, penetration, and bonding.
• Inspect brazed joints for defects such as cracks, voids, insufficient bonding, and improper fillet formation using appropriate measuring and inspection tools.
