TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES ➢ Operate assigned CNC Tool Grinding, CNC Machining, and other production machines as per SOPs and work instructions. ➢ Load and unload materials/components safely to achieve production targets. ➢ Follow machine loading charts, production plans, and supervisor instructions. ➢ Perform in-process inspections as per inspection plans and engineering drawings. ➢ Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Callipers, Micrometres, and gauges for quality verification. ➢ Prepare and maintain required tools, fixtures, gauges, and accessories for production. ➢ Monitor machine conditions and report any quality, machine, or safety issues promptly. ➢ Ensure proper product identification, barcoding, and traceability after job completion. ➢ Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to 5S practices. ➢ Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures while performing assigned tasks.
