Roles and responsibilities The Consulting – Finance Transformation – Oracle is seeking AM (Oracle Hyperion Account Reconciliation Cloud Specialist) to join our growing EPM practice. We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who can lead workstreams, drive solution design, and mentor team members, with a strong understanding of Oracle ARCS, the best industry practices, and end-to-end finance processes. The role would require:

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ARCS modules, from requirements through design, build, testing, and go-live support.

• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Account Reconciliation solutions.

• Manage day-to-day engagement activities (scope, plan, risks, dependencies), ensuring outcomes meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

• Review configuration and deliverables produced by the team enforce standards and best practices.

• Mentor junior team members, support proposal pursuits, and contribute to practice assets (templates, accelerators, reusable components).

Requirement

• Must have good knowledge of Account Reconciliation Process
• Must have complete project lifecycle experience in Account Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching Project.
