Job description

Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The Oracle HR Technical Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM reporting tools, Oracle REST APIs, Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and emerging AI technologies, including AI Agents. This role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting, integrations, and intelligent automation solutions.
