Role: Transformation Lead - Accessories & Merchandise Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru Reporting To: DGM - Transformation (Charging Infra, Accessories & Merchandise) Team Name: Transformation Management About the Team and the Role The Transformation Management team at Ather is responsible for formulating and implementing process and system transformation strategic roadmaps across business, manufacturing, and support functions, driving digital maturity, lean continuous improvement, and scalable enterprise architecture. This role is for a Transformation Lead - Accessories & Merchandise who will partner with business and product owners to design and deploy technology-led enterprise solutions, optimize omni-channel retail enablement across D2C and B2B streams, and champion process excellence to build a scalable digital foundation for accelerated revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology-led enterprise solutions across omni-channel retail touchpoints (e-commerce, offline retail, and wholesale) to scale the Accessories & Merchandise business.
