As Partner Operations Manager you will support the Partner Commercial Lead ensuring Version 1 meets and advances its tier and compliance obligations across Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, and Anthropic (and other partnerships as we scale). You will lead a back-office team responsible for the operational infrastructure underpinning our partner programmes - tracking certifications, managing partner portals, monitoring consumption and funding, and ensuring timely reporting to both internal stakeholders and partner organisations. You will work closely with the partner operations team who manage the day-to-day strategic relationships, providing the operational rigour that enables those relationships to deliver commercially. You will support across the Partner Hub, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure partner requirements are understood and met across the business. Key Responsibilities
